These are all the items that can incur costs outside your plan. For most businesses, These will be very low.
A typical home services company with a few hundred active clients sending around 2,000 texts, 500 call minutes, and 5,000 emails a month would generally land somewhere in the $40–$50 range in variable fees. A higher-volume operation pushing double that activity might hover closer to $80–$100.
Either way, it mostly comes down to texts, calls, and emails (and AI Employee if not on the “Enterprise” Plan) — everything else on the list is negligible for the average user. The main exception worth noting is AI call transcription — if you’re running high call volumes and transcribing every call, that can add up noticeably.

SMS & MMS (per segment) explained
SMS is billed in 160-character segments — go over and it splits into multiple charges. MMS (anything with an image or media) counts as one flat MMS charge per message regardless of how many images are included.
Quick reference:
– Short text = 1 segment
– 250-character text = 2 segments
– One image with a caption = 1 MMS charge
Premium Triggers & AI Fees
Some advanced automations require external API calls (talking to other apps) — for example, triggers that connect to outside tools and platforms you already use, like OpenAI, Notion, Slack, or other third-party apps. These are processed outside our platform, so the cost scales with how often they fire. If you’re not running automations that reach outside our ecosystem, these fees won’t apply to you.
